Terms of service
Effective June 2026. By using Yetinel you agree to these terms.
Plain language
We avoid legalese where the law allows. Defined terms are capitalized, everything else means what it usually means.
Mutual fairness
Limits of liability, indemnities, and warranties run both ways. We do not hide one sided clauses in footnotes.
Change notice
We give 30 days notice for material changes. You can cancel any time before they take effect.
Acceptable use
No scraping our content for training third party models, no reselling sponsorships, no malicious payloads in user content.
1. The service
Yetinel provides a cybersecurity learning catalogue, sponsorship matching, and skill measurement tools. Features evolve. We will not remove or materially degrade a paid feature without notice.
2. Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew at the term you selected. Cancel at any time, you keep access through the paid period. Taxes are added where required. Refunds are pro rata for downtime caused by us.
4. Content and IP
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Yetinel a worldwide license to host, display, and process that content to deliver the service. Course providers retain their copyrights, your access is governed by their licenses surfaced at enrollment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service. Do not use Yetinel to plan or carry out unauthorized intrusions. Bug bounty disclosures welcome via security@yetinel.com.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days notice. We may suspend immediately to protect the service or other customers.
8. Governing law
Delaware law, exclusive venue in Wilmington, unless your purchase agreement says otherwise.
